Training

Uses Kettlebell and body weight exercises to work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing both strength and cardio endurance while getting a total body workout. Class will conclude with stretching. Class format may vary.

Lindsay Collis
Lindsay studied Business at Eastern Michigan University. She is a WITS and AFAA  Certified Master Personal Trainer since 2009. She holds specialty certifications in TRX, Kettlebell, Silver Sneakers, Yoga, Cycling, and RIPPED. Lindsay strives to incorporate different modalities into every workout. Lindsay has clients of all different ages and keeps in mind that not every exercise is for everyone! When she isn’t at the gym training her clients she loves doing and trying all different kinds of workouts herself and her favorite pastime is watching her son play sports.
